Boarding
Hasenbeck Equestrian is a family-friendly, hunter/jumper show facility. Our main barns consist of fully matted stalls to accommodate various sized horses and ponies. All stalls have fans installed and personal surveillance camera’s, so that customer’s can see their horses in real-time, 24 hours a day.
We have boarder’s tack rooms available, some with A/C. We offer beautiful furnished arena viewing lounges.
Both barns have large windows which are opened and provide great lighting and open-air spaces. We provide ample space for blankets and tack trunks. Below our main barn we have two matted outdoor wash stalls and grass areas for drying and grazing your horse after a bath.
Boarders have full access to these amenities and use of the facility 7 days a week. Both full and training board is available.

Lessons
With options for the serious competitor to the casual rider, HE offers quality Hunter/jumper and English riding instruction for riders of all ages, beginner through advanced. Our outdoor sand arena and large outdoor equestrian paradise accommodates many. Spectators may watch lessons from our many shaded viewing areas.
Our lessons are scheduled by appointment. Ship-in lessons and training available, as well as coaching at shows from local to “A” circuit. We are open 7 days a week.

Private lesson or training packages are also available and must be paid in advance.
24 hour notice is required for cancellations, lessons cancelled without 24-hour notice will incur a loss of 1 lesson from the package.
Call or email Lisa at lisa@hasenbeckequestrian.com for scheduling and cancellations. Call as soon as you will know you will not be able to attend your lesson – even if its at the last minute! We will in turn contact the appropriate instructor. This allows the other instructors to plan their schedule and horse usage. All lesson packages are non-refundable.
All single lessons must be paid at the time of service prior to riding. Group lessons are also available.

Lesson Policies and Pricing
Thank you for choosing Hasenbeck Equestrian as your lesson and training facility! The following prices and policies will be going into effect February 1, 2022 (or immediately following the conclusion of the most recently paid lesson package should it carry into part of February)
Individual and Packages Lessons on School Horses
- $75 – Individually paid 1 hour private (30 min horsemanship, 30 min riding)
- $65 – Individually paid 1 hour group or 30 min private (Riders must demonstrate to trainer they are capable of tacking and taking care of the horse on their own or with a parent’s assistance)
- $240 – Package of 4 (1 hour group / 30 min private, discounted to $60 each)
- $440 – Package of 8 (1 hour group / 30 min private, discounted to $55 each) **This package is for riders that take 2 or more lessons per week only.**
School Horse Lease
- $500-$750 per month, (depending on which horse) 2 practice rides per week (to be scheduled around horse’s other lesson usage) and horse is reserved for your lesson slot
- *Does not include lesson pricing or additional event costs*
- Minimum of 1 lesson per week required
- Suitability Ride: anyone interested in leasing a particular school horse must schedule a practice ride wherein they can demonstrate to the trainer(s) on site they can care for, properly tack, and ride the horse on their own outside of a lesson setting
- Riders can practice what they do consistently in lessons and no jumping
Benefits of Leasing:
- Able to practice consistently on the same horse
- Time to come and practice on your own what you do in lessons which allows riders to improve more quickly
- No additional lease fees for special events or off property events and shows
- More quality time at the barn

Packages & Lessons on Boarded Horses:
- $70 – 1 hour private
- $55 – 1 hour group or 30 min private
- $200 – package of 4 (1 hour group / 30 min private.
- $400 – package of 8 (1 hour group / 30 min private)
(discounts the price to $50 each and due at the beginning of the month with board) **Intended for those that take 2 or more lessons per week**
Policies:
- Lesson packages and lease fees are due on the 1st of the month
This reserves your slot on the trainer’s schedule for you or your child to ride weekly or to hold your slot while rider is sick or out of town - Make up lessons are available when scheduled in advance dependent on trainers’ availability (lesson may need to be covered by one of our other staff members)
- Additional lessons can be purchased outside of packages for individual pricing
- **Cancellation** 24 hours minimum notice is required for lessons to be rescheduled In the event of rain, trainer will either cancel with as much notice as possible or offer in-barn horsemanship lessons
- No drop offs without prior communication and arrangements being made with trainer. Minor riders must be accompanied & supervised by an adult or through a pre-approved buddy system
Show Team Requirements:
- *Must commit to a minimum of 5 shows per year and lessoning 2 times per week*
- $400 monthly package rate
- Lessons are offered on Mondays & Fridays (and a few select Wednesday slots)
- Options are 2, 1-hour group lessons or 1 group & 1, 30 min private per week
- Riders must own or lease a horse and be approved by a trainer for a recommended show division to participate
- Make-up lessons scheduled in advance are offered if you want to use the lessons that coincide with competition weeks before or after a show, If you can’t make it to your lesson, you are required to call with adequate cancellation time (minimum 24hrs) or no rescheduled slots will be offered.
- Additional lessons and professional rides are encouraged and can be purchased for $50 each
- Our barn participates in many group activities and fundraising opportunities and your contribution of time and energy to both for the good of the team is appreciated!
